My name is Tonya. I live in beautiful Spencer County Kentucky and have for over 13 years. I have a wonderful husband and two cool kids. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia over 15 years ago and have only been able to control its symptoms through fitness. I have been teaching fitness classes forever. I am an AFAA certified fitness instructor and YogaFit Level II certified instructor. In addition I am a Zumba® licensed instructor. I have been teaching Yoga and cardio classes for over 21 years ( I am not old, I just started young). Zumba® is the most fun I have had doing cardio in years. I have been blessed to meet Beto Perez, the creator of Zumba® , and to train with him many times. Beto has shared his passion for dance and fitness with Zumba® instructors all over the world. My mission is to share this blessing with you.
